So thank you, for allowing me this lengthy explanation but I hope it makes sense and feel free to contact me for further questions and I will be more then happy to answer!

I do not bring deities nor do I require them for my witchcraft, however if I wanted to work with some for witchcraft I could! There is nothing wrong with involving deities, spirit guides, fae, etc into your practice. It requires direct action and energy transference through work, the definition to those words being equivalent to what is used in physics. Witchcraft is the life, the form, the heart, the action, the process of taking one energy and making it active or different. But before I ramble on too much regarding my search of the literature and their subsequent theories let me continue on my first point of how I use witchcraft in Druidry and what the difference is. Those 21 grams that leave the body when you die are not physically tangible by any means we currently have on hand, however the ubiquitous nature of this life giving energy makes it impossible to ignore and the double-blind scientifically rigorous studies on the effects of meditation, nature walks in PTSD patient’s etc make me a firm believer in magic. As I’ve said before in posts, a witches “magic” is the manipulation of energy. Witchcraft is one of the methods I use to manipulate my energy and the energy around me. Druidry connects my mind to my heart to my soul to the universe and everything in it. It’s an active, vital lifestyle with the goal of interacting with other living creatures (be they people, animals, trees or the elements) for the purpose of growing into being a better version of me. It takes a lot of work and I endeavor to spend every minute of my day focusing on AWEN: creating balance, using wisdom in my decision making, bringing creativity and inspiration into my projects. YAY! Prosperity Prosperity Bottle Witch Witchcraft Magic Druidry Druid Druidess įrom: Silly question for you: in your experiences what would you say the differences are between druidry and witchcraft? I understand they’re two different things but the practice terms? EXCELLENT QUESTION my Foxy friend!ĭruidry is a dynamic nature spirituality, it’s a constant study of self, others and the world. Manifest my intent without an energy so excited that I’ve created it and it’s up in the living room! Step 6: I charged the whole thing with intent for quite some time: “Prosperity” and then sealed it up! Step 5: Then I added a piece of hair from all the members of the family (furry members included!!), Basil, Fennel Seeds, Sea Salt, Green Tea and Orange peels. Step 4: I charged it and burned it, giving it life of its own and put the ashes in the bottle. Step 3: I created the Prosperity Sigil and charged it with Pachouli Incense from the bottle itself! I dried it off and filled it with Pachouli Incense. Step 2: I cleaned the bottle I’d be using, visualizing all the negativity running from it. I lit a Basil candle with Arabian Rose Oil rubbed on it for balance, harmony and a good sense of well-being. I opened my circle as per the OBOD Druid tradition and acknowledged the spirits present, lighting candles in their honor.

My girlfriend and I are both graduating from Grad School this Spring and will be looking for new jobs in our respective fields! Obviously, nothing beats good hard work, but a little magic can go a long way!

So I’ve been preparing this little “Prosperity” Bottle magic for a while, creating and re-aranging it in my mind.
